Unlearn With Lucy

For years, I battled the scars of an abusive marriage, even years after leaving I was being triggered over and over again, alongside raising a young family, I felt like I was in a perpetual cycle unable to move forward, I finally knew I had to seek external help. In January 2023 I was put on the path of my first spiritual teacher, unaware that this was the beginning of my awakening.

Since, I have thrown myself into learning and growth. Early 2024 I found my tribe through Ashley Tyler, gained vast knowledge & understanding through taking many of her spiritual courses & immersing myself in my own spiritual healing alongside her, knowing I was here to help others on their spiritual remembering journey. In 2025, I achieved certification as a Spiritual & Clinical Hypnosis Practitioner through Ash’s Soul Synch Institute & The C.M.A.

My mission: to empower individuals to discover their inner power, their sovereignty & reconnect with forgotten aspects of themselves. I believe that by healing our own wounds, we not only help ourselves but the next generation and together we can collectively create a more compassionate world.

My story isn’t unique, it’s a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of healing through hypnosis. It's a reminder that even after enduring profound darkness, we can all emerge stronger, wiser, and ready to shine our light for others.

Initially I was feeling nervous as I had never experienced a higher timeline hypnosis so I was a bit curious and drawn to giving it a go, I also was experiencing nerves about having to project my voice more and on weather I would be successful in stepping out of my comfort zone.
From the start of the session, Lucy was very welcoming and informative. I instantly felt comfortable and trusted Lucy to carry out session. I found Lucy’s voice very healing and felt I went quite deep to a hypnotic state. I received a lot of information during the session which I love. After the session I felt lighter and more confident, motivated to push myself to anchor into a higher timeline, I felt there was a lot of light that came out of the session, almost like the session echoed a frequency of love if that makes sense, it just left me feeling grateful. Even weeks after, I find I have a positive energy shift.
