Session Cancellations and Rescheduling
All bookings include a £30 non-refundable deposit fee, which is part of your total session cost.
This secures your space and helps cover the time and fees involved in managing each booking.
If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, any remaining balance will be refunded, minus the £30 deposit fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend, the full session fee is retained.
Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the £30 fee being applied.
We completely understand that life happens. In cases of genuine emergency, please contact us directly as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, you forfeit your appointment slot and any fees already paid. We will be unable to reschedule or provide a refund for no-show appointments, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Session Timing and Punctuality
Please respect Ash Tyler’s time and arrive promptly for your scheduled session. Sessions are booked back-to-back, so we are unable to extend appointments beyond their allotted time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without adjustment to the fee.
Time Between Sessions
Due to the nature of energy work, a minimum of 2 weeks is required between sessions to allow for proper integration and adaptation of the higher frequencies. This ensures that your energy system has time to fully process and integrate the changes.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential. Your personal details and session notes are not disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Client Responsibility
- Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a session or have written consent from a parent/guardian.
- You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following a session. My services provide guidance, but the choices you make are entirely your own.
Disclaimer
- Spiritual and psychic services are subjective and vary based on individual energy, belief systems, and circumstances. Results are not guaranteed.
- These services are complementary to conventional treatments and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment from licensed medical, legal, or financial professionals.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of my services.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at my discretion, especially if I feel the service is not in the client’s best interest or if there is any inappropriate behaviour.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next session.
