What is an age regression session?
Age regression can be a transformative tool for personal growth and healing. By gently revisiting early memories, we identify the roots of limiting beliefs and patterns, severing cords and giving ourselves the opportunity to integrate parts of ourselves with love and reclaim our power.
What to expect?
Session options- 1x up to 2 hours, we will visit two early memories that caused you trauma. It is important to emphasise that age regression is not about reliving trauma in a way that's re-traumatising, we observe, understand & offering compassion to your younger self who experienced the pain.
3x 1 hour sessions - gently exploring early traumas affecting you today, understanding and resolving parts of you that may be in conflict, exploring early memories with compassion giving yourself clarity & inner clam.

One to one session details will be made via email.
If you'd like to save up for a session a £30 deposit can be made to secure a spot. Full payment is required 2 weeks before your appointment, please just email & I will arrange payment etc.
What you need to know before sessions -
You don't need anything except a quiet place where you won't be disturbed, a glass of water to hand for afterwards, your computer, phone, tablet (fully charged). A comfortable place to sit where you will be fully visible on the device without it being held. Earphones are great but not essential. Some clients can get cold so a blanket is advisable. Lastly go to the toilet beforehand, sessions can be long!
