What is PLR?

We have all lived multiple lives with experiences that have shaped us today. PLR explores lives in a way thats safe and nurturing, understanding the origins of recurring patterns in your life, such as relationship dynamics, fears, and limiting beliefs. By identifying the root causes in past lives, you can break free from these patterns and cycles and move forward with clarity.

What to expect?

It's important to note that everyone's experience is unique. Some people have clear and detailed memories, while others experience more subtle impressions or emotions. There is no right or wrong, just know you will receive exactly what it is you need for healing & insight in the session.

This up to 2 1/2 hour session starts with a consultation, you are guided into hypnosis where we visit multiple lives, uncovering issues, integrating these parts of ourselves and receive deep healing on a profound level.

Payment & Booking: 

There's the option to make a £30 non refundable deposit, full payment is needed 2 weeks prior to appointment. If payment is not made the session will be cancelled or rescheduled.
